So I had been out in the city yesterday and walked many miles, and I've always been a sweater. So I eventually went over to my girlfriends house and we had unprotected anal intercourse and about two hours later when I had gotten home I noticed a small red pimple-like lump on my foreskin, out of panic I attempted to pop it ( I understand this can lead to scarring ) however white puss came out and then some blood. So I assume It is simply a pimple as both me and my girlfriend have both been screened. Could this be the cause of heat rash? There is some redness on my testicles. Sorry for all the details kinda in panic mode.
