I'm sorry I can't tell you anything that will make it easier, but I can tell you something that might give you strength. My son is in ICU right now because of a Soma overdose. I guess he is going to be OK, but he cannot put more than a few words together, he does not appear to be comprehending much of what people are saying to him - his mind is just not working - don't know if it is temporary or permanent.

Has any one felt a sensation of vibration in their body. No pain just this sensation since I cut back on soma, it's driving me crazy

When I try to quit soma, my legs want to move continuously, I can't sleep because the need to constantly move them is tremendous. I also feel anxious because I don't know what to do to stop.

i'm feeling your pain right now. Sorry i ever saw this sh*t. But your descriptions of the "glamorous" symptoms were so funny, you gave me a much needed laugh. Thanks for that. And, yeah, i know that (overall) there ain't nuthin funny ABOUT this nightmare.

wanna hear some crazy sh__ ? i'm sure i have a dependency on soma and have had for 6 months or more. It was really, (no, i mean REALLY ) scaring the c**p outta me; one wasn't enough --- hell FOUR wasn't enough.....just kept burning through my scripts, month after month ---- using up whole 30 day supplies in about 4 days. Yeah, clearly this is no bueno. I like to go out in the woods whenever i can and today i took the frigg__ bottle of soma with me; hiked far away from anything ( i was ten miles from home) and then hid the damned things under some rocks. It's not the best solution but i HAD to find a way to limit my exposure to this poison and just tossing them out doesn't work for me because there are some real medical needs for this med...... If i threw them all away and then had an attack of fibromyalgia, etc, i'd be a seriously hurtin unit. I can't claim that this is a sensible solution, but i needed to know that (if i had to) i could go and get them. Even so, i intend to only break into my stash a tiny bit...... maybe take 4 home with me and leave the rest in the wilderness. You see what these F--ed up meds will drive a person to ? PS will the "holier than thous" please give it a rest..... I stopped drinking when i wanted to, stopped smoking when i wanted to, and vicodin too..... the problem is not ME, the problem is these doctors from hell with their irresponsible practices. C'mon, if i had been told the whole truth about this devil drug, do you think i really would have signed up ? NOOOOOO. Kiddies, learn from a middle aged housewife ---- don't let this happen to YOU. I'm real as a heart attack right now. Don't take it.

Do this: go outside and walk for as long as you need to. 1 hr or 5 hrs. It works. Who cares if it’s in the middle of the night. You will get relief.
