I am a female with Spina Bifida, and while I am sexually active, the guy I have most recently been with is afraid he will hurt me during sex. What can I tell him or show him (that I haven't already tried) to convince him to just relax??

I too have Spina Bifida. I went through this as well with my partners. Show him just how capable you are in bed. Take control and prove it. Actions speak louder than words. Make sure to tell him that if he really thinks he is going to hurt you, then you can have a safe word to let him know when to stop.

Show him the positions that you can be in during sexual activity / intercourse. Just tell him, see we just had sevual intercourse and you (he) did not hurt me(you).
