I am 15 and have 3 spots on the shaft of my penis, I definately Have ppp but i cannot work out what these spots are, 1 of them is just samller than 1cm in diameter and is kind of like an ulcer as there is a crust that comes back everytime i pick it out, the other 2 are samll, 1 had a puss that developes inside and the other is a crust. I hope these are infected hair follicules or something. I had oral sex over a year ago so i do not think it is syphillis, i would be greatful if someone could help.
