I have had a itchy puss spots around my pubic area not acthuly on my genitals and each time one dissapears another pops up I wash regular and change my underwear, so far I have had 5 spots within 2 weeks.
any idea what this could be?

Considering they are itchy and that they come and go, I would say it is folliculitis.
Since there are many hairs in the area and that they are constantly rubbing against cloths, it is very likely that they become ingrown.
These ingrown hairs can get infected by skin bacteria and create bumps that contain puss and are quite itchy. I often get these in my genital area.
However, they persist for a few days only. There is another kind of bacteria that is more persistent and people usually contract them at the public swimming pools, sauna, hotel bathrooms, etc
While the regular folliculitis doesn’t need any treatment, the persistent type may need antibiotics to clear the infection.
Try applying an otc antibiotic ointment for a few days. If the problem doesn’t go away, see a dermatologist to figure this out.

I get these from shaving too. I just try to pop them a few times and make sure the puss doesn't go in other areas otherwise it seems to spread. I am glad it isn't anything more. I was REAL scared the first time... LOL. Glad its funny now. If you want, google shaving the pubic area... good tips.

honestly guys, what you got is basically nothing. just your hair folicles going ingrown. when they get larger you can usually use tweasers to pull them out. its nothing to be worried about. it happens more if you shave UP, always shave DOWN first, this makes the hairs not as sharp as to penetrate back through your skin again, seen as they all naturally point down.
you can get cream, but i would just try other methods of shaving and experiment a bit. often you will get lots of little spots straight after you shave because the hairs are re growing through the skin :-)
