My girlfriend had sex for the first time a week ago. In two weeks she is going to have a period she's been on birth control for about 7 months. Today she started spotting. When we had sex I wasn't wearing a condom at first but later put one on at her request. I at no point during intercourse reached orgasm and certainly did not ejaculate inside her. She has not missed a pill and hasn't been late taking one for two weeks. I'm concerned she pay be pregnant. Or have some sort of infection. What are the odds? What are different things that could be happening? What's most likely?
