Hello, 

So i had sex for the first time about 2.5 weeks ago. We only did it once and used a condom. He did not cum inside of me but rather in my mouth. I also am on birth control but the morning of the day i slept with him, i took 2 pills at once since i had forgotten to take them. (it was a brand new pack), we slept together that night. and i continued to take my birth control normally. I was supposed to get my period on wednesday and i still dont have it. Today i started spotting (a very light red colour) and im having what seems like cramps. What could this mean? does this mean i am pregnant? how long should i wait before i see a doctor? I heard that having sex for the first time could delay your period, is this true?
