It seems like you have some cardiac problems. If someone in your family has been suffering from the heart conditions it is big possibility that you have the same problem as well. You will need to consult your doctor about your condition and you will probably need to do certain tests such as EKG.
If there is some problem with your heart, you will be instructed what is your next step. But, of course this is all just guessing and the real diagnosis will be told you soon after examination.
