I've been getting this pain in my stomach for a couple years now. I have had many tests and the doctor concluded nothing was wrong with my stomach. I'm just wondering if anyone had any clue what it could be or what could help. I'm an otherwise healthy 20 year old female. The pain seems to come on mostly at night when I lay down to go to bed and its like a burning across the upper part of my belly. This may sound wierd but if I push on my tummy it seems to ease the pain a bit which doesn't make much sense to me. A hot water bottle also seems to help but other than that nothing seems to make it go away. Anyone know why I'm getting these tummy aches?

I have the same pain as you, and I am a 16 year old healthy female.
I've been going to the doctor forever and I've been on wayy too many medications. Ask your doctor for a drug called Buscopan. It's the only thing that has ever helped me.
