Fifty two year old female, healthy, work out every day for an hour, also very busy and active, now the jeans are getting tight but I have not changed my diet at all. I have had my thyroid checked twice, everything fine. Had a hysterectomy in 2008, lost weight,gained, lost it again, now it's creeping up again. VERY frustrating. I have a long history of eating disorders and you never get over it, and I know I don't eat enough, but this is crazy. For no apparent reason the jeans are tight again and I hate this. I feel like a fat blimp. I am 5'5" and weighed 128 one day, then 124 the next, now back up to 128. I want to be 115 and STAY there. HELP. I know that starving myself doesnb't work but I am never hungry. Maybe in the early morning, but that's it. I may have ruined my metabolism a long time ago but this makes me cry. I have never felt so crappy. :'(
