Im a 24 old man with a stomach pain in my upper middle/right side it throbs wen any pressure is applied I have had a scope done though my throat and had alot of scans done but no results I also have gass and have to push my stool hard wen i go,and wen i push my butt hole inflames and sometime I get a sharp pain on my butt Wat should I do thanks
