Okay so I don't have my period but yesterday I started to have a stomach ache . A little bit after I got a pain in my lower left side . I haven't peed on the past 24 hours . Everything I eat and drink goes right through me I have extremely watery dierieeah . Very confused I need help ?? ASAP thanks
