It was hard to describe something like this in the title so sorry I wasn't more descriptive there... Anyway, for about 2 or 3 years now, I've had stomach pain. Today, it isn't as bad as it has been at times, but I'll try to do my best to describe it from memory. It seems that the location is either my stomach or somewhere close to it. I remember I felt it once, opened my health book, and I saw the pain was right where my stomach is supposed to be. I do recall a few years ago it being in a slightly lower location, but at the time I didn't think of checking a health book. The symptoms seem similar to "nervous stomach," and I recall the doctor mentioning that before.. the problem with that though is that if I eat any fruit, it hurts really, really bad. I felt like I was killing myself when I was doing this, but I recall testing and comparing a ripe banana to an unripe one. What I found is that the ripe one brought on a lot more pain, and I have read somewhere that ripe bananas have a lot more something in them than unripe (can't remember what it was). The feeling is hard to explain. I'm not saying that this is what's happening, but it feels as if the pressure in my stomach is extremely high (especially when I eat fruit). I remember eating fruit snacks once and not only did it hurt, but it made my stomach make interesting noises. This is a really heavy burden on my life. It almost completely prevents me from working out, and it makes me unreliable in many work environments. I should add that when I lay down on my left side, sometimes -just sometimes-, the pain goes away, and when it goes away like that, it feels/sounds as if liquids are gurgling or something. Thanks for any help in advance. Sorry I can't be more descriptive (I might be able to if you ask specific questions).
