hi im 21yr old, this last couple of days ive been getting some really sharp pains in my upper and lower  abdominal area to where it has jus stopped me to the floor in pain and tears. ive also started getting headaches, dizzyness, neausea, and lost of appetite, back pain, and beinng tired all the time....wa t is causing this???
