I don't know whats wrong with my stomach lately, I've been sick for the past couple weeks with severe diarea and when It's not diarea it's painful soft stools with white/really pale clumps in it. My stomach is bloated and I get sharp stabbing pains that rotate from my left side to my right side. I've lost about 5-10 pounds in the past couple weeks. I'll be sitting in class and I'll get these really loud sounds that sound like a loud fart, and the people around me can hear it. I've lost my appetite, and food just doesn't appeal to me anymore. I've been getting the worst headache's of my life, and I get a headache along with them, and I also feel nausea whenver I have the headache. I'm not on any medications except birth control. PLEASE HELP!

Hi!
You may want to check with a gastroentinologist. He or she can do a thorough check up to see what may be the problem.
I had similar problems when I was in college years and years ago and had terrible headaches as well. When I went to see the doctor, they could not find anything wrong at first but my white blood count was up meaning there was an infection. After many questions and a few tests, we found that I had a blocked bowel and that was causing the problems. I had stomach bloating and looked like I was 5 months pregnant. I had loud gas sounds, headaches, fever, chills, very tired, weight loss, diahreah, and felt sick all of the time as well.
This is a very serious condition and could be toxic waste building up in your system which is like a poinson to your system, causing alot of the other symptoms as well. I went back and forth from not being able to go to complete liquid. Later I found out it was my bodies way of dealing with a pin hole opening in my bowel to get the stool to pass through.
Terrible pains in my stomach as well.
This is totally fixable if you see your physician immediately. It is something you should not wait around with as it could be very serious in the long run if you get a total blockage of the bowel.
It could be an impacted colon as well. This can be resolved with a medication your doctor can give you to remove all impacted waste from your system. A simple Xray will show your doctor if you have an impacted colon.
Please know you are in my prayers and see someone right away so you can feel better :-D
