hi im 21years old, and this past couple of days ive began getting some really sharp pains in my upper and lower abdominal area, which it has been able to be strong that it has caused me to drop to my knees in pain and tears, ive also began getting headaches, neausea, weakness, dizzy, and the lost of appetite, plus backpains, and feelinf really tired ALL the time.....wat may be causing this????
