Strange laws-you cant lay down and fall asleep with shoes on

Well ones I have stumbled on a web site with all the funny laws in US and worldwide. And I have laugh so much, that in the end I had some tears in my eyes. It is funny what things are band from doing. Like in one city in California it is forbidden to ride a bicycle in the pool. :-) Or in Iowa, the fire department is required to practice fire fighting for fifteen minutes before attending a fire. Fifteen minutes is a lot of time for fire to burn a house.

im shure they dont enforce most these crazy laws that would be well... crazy... like in fargo you cant dance with a hat on or attend a place where there will be dancing with a hat on... yes in 15 min i dont think there would be much left of that house.
