Hi Kirsty: i just wanted too mention that changing your BC can usually bring on short term changes too your discharge. BUT it shouldn't smell. So I would think that you have a yeast infection.

Depending on the color of your discharge, go and get a package of Monistat or other yeast infection medication. If it is lightish grey you can try the 3/5 day pack, if the discharge is yellow or darker get the 7 day pack.

Wear cottone underwear, keep the area clean and dry, use unscented LIQUID washing detergent. As natural as possible if you can. And eat probiotic yogurt, or take probiotic pills. This is the good bacteria that will also help out your attack on the yeast. Just know that you need to use the entire box, and yeast is a sneaky little b****r and will come back if you give it a chance. Also don't wear tight clothing, it just adds too it. Yeast needs warmth and moisture, so if everything is tight with no air it just adds too all the problems and enables the yeast to grow more. Hope this helps you hon. Let me know how it goes ok?
