My sister is 22 years old and in the Army. She has always been healthy, never any major health problems. She's always been a good long distance runner also. Recently though while she has been running her both her arms go numb. Obviously that isn't normal, so does anyone have any clue what could be causing that? Any input would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

It happens to many people when running. I am not sure what the actual problem could be but it is very likely a circulation problem.
To release the numbness she should try to shake out the hands and arms to relax them.
If the problem happens even when not running, then it should be checked by a doctor.

When I run for example 200m or 800m, my arms go numb and I feel weakness and discomfort in my arms. Can you give me any answers?
