Swollen Epididymis/ vas deferens ? testical cancer !

healthy 17 does bodybuilding, clean diet and weekly trainning been doing for 2 years.
Good sex life.

Problem This morning [Wednesday] i got up after having a nightmare that i got kicked in the balls, i awoke to find my balls ironically, where in agony and my hand right next to them. [Think i have punched myself while sleeping] After that got up and walked little brother to school there was still a numbing feeling there but soldier on.
after a few hours of this i had a feel and found my "vas deferens" followed this down to find it got bigger and bigger and bigger ! i was alarmed at first but reasured myself i had this last year after being hit there by a football
now i am not so sure its still painful and at the bottom where the tube goes into the testical its very sensitive
after looking for lumps and abnormalities i found none just same as other side but bigger?

i am really bricking myself now as everytime i feel it my brain sends alarms telling me i have Cancer

next emergency appointment for docter is in 3 weeks !
Last night before bed i "relieved myself" and everything was fine and around 70% sure it was't there.
