Yes, i am a 31 year old female diabetic.... i can't have children, but i eat healthy like diabetics should.... i eat very little carbs 2-3 times per week only....exercise daily. (walking for 2 miles each day) last year exactly a year ago this month... i was 135lbs) by feb i was over 220 what the hell!.. i am swollen in my hands and feet almost constantly ....30 min-an hour later after exercise i swell even more... i eat healthy, i am active, i exercise, i take great care of myself always have what is wrong i have been on lasix for swelling for a year now... and it does nothing ... i dont eat salt very often like 2 times a month .. and very little at that... what can i do? what is wrong? i have went to 3 different doctors they keep telling me basicly im fat... but that is not the normal for me.. help me please .. it is not thyroidism , that has already been checked, and not pregnant, help,,help PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! %-) :'( ? :$ :-)

You should have you kidneys checked. My mother suffered from this condition and she lost almost 100 pounds through dialysis. This may or may not be your problem but it couldn't hurt to check.
