Hi!

I think the best type of exercise for you would be swimming - it has soothing effect on back, neck and generally on all muscles.

Of course, swimming isn't the only type of exercise that is suitable for you. I guess the best criteria for choosing a type of workout is what you like doing :)

As far as tummy, things, arms and breast fat goes ... I think you are aware that you will need to incorporate in your daily routine healthy nutrition as welll as exercise.

Healthy nutrition means no sweets, no white carbs, more carbs in a form of veggies and less carbs in a form of pastas, starches, bread etc.

Drink only water ( I mean avoid juices, alcohol and other liquid calories) - if possible consume coffee or tea unsweaten or use steavia. However, if you incorporate all other nutritional changes, a teaspoon of sugar now and then won't kill you :)

Eat lean meat, lean fish, veggies as much as possible, cottage chese is highly recommendable.

Regarding lower back problmes - there are exercises that can help you relive that pain. You will find them on our channel. These lower back strenghtening exercises might be borning, but they are targetting lower back and are very effective.

It does make it very difficult to exercise when you have pain, especially in the back and neck.  I would take TayaTaya's suggestion of swimming.  This not only will help you lose weight, it will help strengthen the muscles around the areas of pain you described, offering them support.  This may help alleviate some of the pain eventually in your back and neck.  As far as food is concerned, you should not eat fried or processed foods but eat wholesome foods like vegetables, fruit, and whole grain products.  Doing all of these things should help you lose weight and get rid of the day to day pain you experience.

Hello,

in order for you to start losing weight you simply have to eat less and burn excess calories and fat through exercise. It sure is harder to do some exercises with neck pain, but dieting part is absolutely up to you to plan out. You need to eat 5-6 smaller meals and stay away from food past 8PM - that's the best way to control your calorie intake.

As far as exercise is concerned, you might be doing them wrong which can only contribute to your neck pain.

You might want to try SteadyHealth's new app for both iPhone and Android smart phones - Ab Workouts for men and women - An app that is much more than just a bunch of abdominal workouts because it also comes with diet plan that should help you get rid of belly fat and restore your figure. That way you'll get exercise plan, and more importantly, you'll be able to see how certain exercises are performed correctly.

The app is free, so you can check it out for yourself: https://www.steadyhealth.com/ab-workouts-for-men-and-women
