Good Evening

Today I went to remove my tampon as I noticed I was still having blood even although it was in, when I pulled the string it would not come and was very painful.  I then noticed it was stuck to the wall of my vagina and had to peel the skin inside my vagina off the tampon which has left me throbbing, any advice please.
