Hello, I’m 16 and have asthma. I can not go in for a sport and that differences me from my friends. I take my
medications twice a day and my parents are always behind my back with questions about way that I breathe.
I can not have a pet because of asthma. Actually, my disease is very well controlled and I rarely have attacks.
But that’s due to my living in a golden cage.

I have asthma either. I have got it at the age of 14, and now I’m 25. I guess how bad you may feel, but you shouldn’t.
As I know, you can choose swimming as a sport to take part in. Swimming is especially good sport for us, asthmatics. The most important is to figure out what triggers your attacks and to avoid those factors.
I’m glad to hear that you are disciplined and to control your disease well. Because you can not ignore it, but take it seriously, as I hope that you do.
