I too have have experienced exactly the same symptons as many people have explained on here. Having recently undergone tests for infections etc... I was finally given a ultra sound from which the urologist diagnosed a small hernia in the groin. Apparently because there's alot of nerves in the groin the pain can appear to come from the testicles, scrotum, legs, abdomen, groin or vas deferens. As well as the pain (for me a dull pain) moving around it also comes and goes.

He gave me anti inflammatories (declofan or ibuprofen). Unfortunately until it gets larger there's no need to operate.

Apparently we can be born with a hernia so it's therefore not age related.

I hope this helps?
