uUtrasound shows a pea sized (4.5mm) lump in one testes. It can not be felt. It was found while checking hydrocel in the other testes. The other testes with hydrocell was clear. Ultrasound showed blood circulation in the small lump. I am 60 yrs old and have no pain, swelling, or other systems of anykind cancer. I have had very high blood pressure for several years. Should the blood tests be preformed before removing testes. Should I wait and check back in 90 days or so to see if there has been any change lump? there is no history of male cancer in family. My sister had breast cancer at age 50. She is clear now. I live in a small very reual area and have neither funds or access real pro,s. I am being asked to make decisiions that Do feel not well enough informed to make. The man doing ultrasound said the lump could have just started or been there for 60years but he could not rule out melignancy. I am very worried and blood pressure is way up!!!! Thanks Dennis
