It is entirely natural for the testicles to find their own way of accomodating to being crushed, squeezed, dropped, let loose, packaged, bounced around and all the rest, and a testament to nature's effectiveness that we rarely notice.

One testical will commonly hang lower than the other, at any given time, just as your penis will tend to 'dress' left or right, and this may give the impression of being 'larger' (lower) or 'smaller' (hgher).

If there is a genuine and discernible difference in size, you may wish to visit a doctor or clinic to discuss the matter, if for no other reason than simply to set your mind at rest. You only need one, for babies, nature gave you two, as backup.

If they weren't uncomfortable now and then, I'd be astonished, given the treatment they get. The discomfort is simply their and nature's way of saying 'Oy! Careful with the goods!' to paraphrase Johnny Depp, in Pirates of the Caribbean.

Welcome to adult life. Check it out if you're concerned, with a doctor or clinic in person.
