The ultrasound was a good idea to rule out testicular torsion. It is also common for your testicle to feel, raised, more due to the actions of the cremaster muscle.

Yes, you could have pulled a muscle. What were you doing earlier in the day before it hurt?

While an infection is possible it usually would not come on as a sudden sharp pain. I'd suggest just to give it a couple of days.

If the pain returns then see your doctor.

I wasn't doing anything before it happened. I was about to get a shower( so I was naked) and I don't remeber why I did this exactly but I reached under my left testicle and I guess I itched it and then that's when the sharp pain started. I was playing basketball the day before. Also, after my ultrasound, they gave me a urine test and said I had no infections, just dehydrated. I guess I might have pulled something playing basketball dehydrated.

My left testicle still seems to be raised and at a different angle then my right one. I went through school today and i ran after school with no pain in my testicle. I'm happy that the ultrasound said the blood flow was good but I'm still a little scared because it's in a different position then it was before this happened to me. It seems like the cord twisted but then went back into place because the sharp pain I had had to be from torsion. I think maybe the cord is still a little twisted causing the raising and different angle.

Do you think it could be possible to be a little bit twisted causing the raising and angle or do you think there is a different reason it is in a different position?

You say your left hangs a little lower then your right, if your right handed that's why. Idk the exact reasoning but I've read the opposite of your writing hand hangs lower

After I had an orgasm I have had slight discomfort and my left testicle is harder than the left. Is this normal? What's causing this?
