i am 18 years old and i have,over the last week or so, started getting a pain in my left testicle, it isnt actually the testicle its self but the tube coming from it. i have felt around the testicle and there are no lumps or swelling but when i move sometimes i get a shooting pain and it is very uncomfortable. i am in a sexually active relationship and masturbate often so i was wondering if i could have strained my testicle tube or could it be cancer . please reply with what you think

i do have same problem my left testicle is larger than my right one from about 3-4 weeeks iam 18 now...i mastrubate often ...is that that causes the testicle to strain and how can i get it back to original and even it is very sensitive..can ANY ONE HELP..very much worried about it...plz
