Testicular pain when standing up from sitting or laying down

I am experience a dull, almost pinching like pain around my right testicle every time I stand up from a sitting or laying down position. The pain only lasts about 5 seconds, but it is every single time I stand up, and it has been going on for two days now. I have not experienced any other warning signs... no pain urinating, no blood in semen or urine, no pain walking around or standing, no irregular sensitivity, just dull pain for about 5 seconds when I stand up. I go to college away from my regular physician and I'm wondering if this is something I should make a trip home to get checked out.
