HI, i am a 22 yr old female, i recently got pretty severe acne on my chin. The doctor gave me ortho tricylen LO...is this a bad birthcontrol to take for acne? i have read not too many good things about the Lo..Anyone know which birth control is best for strickly curing acne...

hi, there are many good medications available for controlling acne, however the best depends on each separate person, what suits one person may not suit another. the best thing is to see how you go for 6 months and then speak to your doctor about an alternative if you're not happy with the results. hope this helps
