The condom didn't break, what are the chances i'm pregnant?

I had sex two times with a condom and he even came outside with the condom on so i feel safe at this point. The problem is my period, it's so irregular i wish i could share my Flo calendar. My past period was the 7th of may, and around the 4th of june i got some brown discarge but it stoped the day after, i thought that meant my period was starting but it didn't started. And i checked my records and my period never takes less than 30 day and more than 43 days, so the 4th was too early to be my period anyways. Today is the 13th and the only sign of my period is that diharrea i get before and during my period and i'm still scared to death. Could i be pregnant? Or i'm just paranoid?
