Im 22, I've been dating my boyfriend for 2 years now, I've had 1 child before I met him. The pain during & after sex began about a year or more ago. Its horrible embarrassing and sexually frustrating. Sometimes we cannot finish, we cannot have sex two times/days in a row or it feels extra swollen/sore. I am only able to be in missionary position & even then I still feel the sharp pain when he thrusts, and long lasting deep pain after.. & its not roug sex. I believe its my cervix causing the pain. I've been to 3 different doctors who all have said nothing is wrong, & I refuse to believe that! I've had tests ultra sounds paps done & nothing! I've thought maybe he is too large? 9inch. I can feel my cervix a finger length or sometimes less away from my opening..mostly swollen this I've never felt until recently after my first child 3 years ago I went to see someone then & she looked at me like I was nuts, i thought maybe my cervix dropped?? Recently My doctor thought maybe endometriosis but I recently became pregnant & she said it cancels that out. Im glad to hear I'm not the only one but this does not help our similar problems. I'm desperate & just want to be fixed. It is nearly impossible to work around. Sex is no longer fun & I'm losing my sex drive & confidence quick. :(

Hi there, I am really sorry to hear about this uncontrollable pain you have during sex.  I do get that too but since my hysterectomy it is not nearly so bad but during doggy style, yes I still get the knee dropping pain during sex.  We do the missionary style a lot of times just so that we can have sex because most other positions are painful.  I will usually take a ibuprofen a half hour before sex or at some point (anti-inflammatory and for pain) and after sex use a heating pad on the abdomen or take a hot bath or shower.  It is probably your cervix that is causing this pain and if he is 9 INCHES ? he's huge and he is definitely hitting something in there, he should be taking it easy with you right now, DO NOT let him penetrate you fully until you are healed - just like a bruised muscle when you work out your sex organs will need a break too to heal properly.  Doesn't mean you need to stop just don't penetrate all the way and do mostly missionary right now - most other positions you get fuller/deeper penetration which is when he is more likely to 'hit' one of your lady organs inside.
