The doctor can't know exactly when you conceived. It's impossible.
But, you would normally expect to ovulate between days 11 and 16 of your cycle. You had sex on days 14 and 16. Sperm can survive about 5 days. The egg is only viable for about 48 hours.
You will need a DNA test to determine paternity. There is no way around it.
