Hi, anytime you have unprotected sex you run the risk of getting pregnant. So in answer to your question yes you could be pregnant. The earliest you would be able to take the test would be at around 20 days, you would get a better reading waiting longer than that. Remember with the home pregnancy tests that the best time of day to take them is in the morning. Hope this helps and good luck with whatever happens.
