I am suffering from pain in my right side of neck since last 25 days.  My thyroid profile test are T3 1.69, T4 12.3 and TSH 0.01  Also on ultrasound it stated as thyroid are bulky in size and few illdefined hypoechoic areas seen in right lobe of thyroid.  On going through Thyroid antibody test the readings are TPO 48.20 and Anti Tg 36.10.

 

The pain is unbearable to me.  Is it due to thyroid disorder or elsewise
