Hi my name is Casey. My boyfriend Shane and I have been in a relationship for almost a year now and we have an ldr relationship, but we can't seem to have proper sex whenever he's here. Whenever he comes where I live which is usually during the holidays, with condoms it's not as enjoyable for me and for my partner he can't feel anything most of the time, he gets no sexual gratification at all whatsoever and this is very worrisome and I started contraceptive pills in order to control my menstual cramps and for sex to be enjoyable for the both of us, I'm very please with my pill. We are our first sexual partners ever and he's uncircumcised, during the summer when we first got together his foreskin was tight and wouldn't go past the head or pat anything at all, it wouldn't budge, and we later discovered he has phimosis, he hasn't gone to a doctor yet for it. But during the summer that the skin wouldn't go back we didn't have any significant issues of him being in discomfort or pain. After he left for college we started our ldr journey and we read more things about phimosis and he decided to stretch the skin out which worked to some extent, then he came over for Christmas and us expecting things to be better since he stretched it out, they were much worse, back then I wasn't on the contraceptive pill so we used VCF and condoms in order for us to have sex and he couldn't get any sexual pleasure most of the time, he's told me he can't feel anything and after I have him oral he asked me to suck on his finger so I did and he told me he could feel more detail and everything on his finger instead of his actual penis. During the summer we had tried having unprotected sex in the shower which felt amazing for both of us but we had to stop because he couldn't have came inside me or I'd get pregnant, so we tried again this Christmas and he was in a lot of pain and discomfort because the skin would go back since it was now stretched and the head was way to sensitive to even be exposed so we barely had sex for the time that he was here because it was very uncomfortable for him. He has many issues with his foreskin, besides being too tight uncomfortable, he can't feel any pleasure and he says that that's linked as well to him masturbating too much which we read up on that and he has nerve damage in his penis.

So he has never damage, he can't feel any pleasure which caused me to feel like I'm not good enough for the longest time, he has difficulty urinating without it being a complete mess, he's in discomfort, he's tried the stretching technic for months with worse results and I've tried to help and stand by him so much. So to this point a mid circumcision seems like our best option. I believe a visit to the urologist and possibly a surgeon afterwards will be major help. This has gotten in the way of our sex lives, our relationship in some aspects, our confidence and very importantly his everyday life. Please help!!!
