ive just had sex with my girlfriend and just a few hours later my foreskin has become swollen and painful. ive heard i could be a number of things and ive never fully been able to pull back my foreskin but ive had an active sex life and this is the first time its happened is there a way to treat it at home or do i go see a doctor?
