Hello people. I have one problem and I need some help asap. I really need to hear some amazing tips on how to get rid of the heartburn. I recently discovered that I have it, but since I live really good life and I am a huge hypochondriac about this, I want to be healed and I want to be healed soon. I have heard that sleeping on the left side and losing your weight, even if we are talking about a couple of pounds, can be extremely helpful. Also, when you lay flat in bed, your throat and stomach are basically at the same level.That is not good because this sleeping position is making it easy for stomach acids to flow up your esophagus. This all is resulting in causing a heartburn. So, I never could imagine that sleeping and choose sleeping sides can be helpful, but it can. So, sleep with your upper body elevated. It is actually a good thing. I believed that this is a myth, but it is not.

I have problems with this as well, ever since I was pregnant for the first time. I really don't know if this related or not, but that is a time when all of those things have started. So, I was trying to find ways to get rid of it, and I started to experiment. So, since that day I am doing the same things, and you should try it as well. You should drink two ounces of unprocessed aloe vera juice daily and you will see how powerful this actually is. Also, if this doesn't help, you can always drink pure, unsweetened coconut water. And you should drink it a half an hour before meals and consume coconut flesh with meals. I don't want to mention all the good things about baking soda.

My friend brought a slippery elm to me last night. According to her words, it has been traditionally used by Native Americans and back then, they were using it for treating various conditions including stomach issues. This is a herb has mucilage, but it is kind of ugly when you combine it with water - it becomes sticky. But that is not a problem because it is very effective. In case of heartburn, it creates a barrier against acid that could not find its way up to your esophagus.Put one or two tablespoons in the glass with water and milk.

Hi guys. Thank you for sharing so many advice here, with me. I am sure that I will find some of those. I am using baking soda, but it helps me only in that moment. As soon as I eat something else, that pain starts again. So, I am kind of tired of drinking soda after every meal, I am looking for something that is more effective than this. I am not saying that this doesn't work, it does, but not in the way that I wanted it to work. I also have heard about slippery elm, actually, I was reading a lot about it, but I haven't found it anywhere. I don't know where I can find it, but I would try it

It is a tree, it is a plant so I really believe that you can find it in all of those healthy stores, where you can find all of those healthy products. Also, I think that you can find it in the form of the powder as well. Slippery elm is a good thing because it contains chemicals that can help soothe sore throats, and this all can cause mucous secretion that is really helpful for stomach and intestinal problem as well. But you have to be careful with it because it has its own side - effects and it doesn't work the same for everyone. Sure, you can try it, but be careful.
