WHEN I GET INTO BED AND LAY MY FEET ON THEIR SIDES MY TOES CRAMP UNBEARABLY. SOMETIMES IT TAKES HOURS BEFORE I AM ABLE TO LIE DOWN I,VE TRIED LAYING THEM ON A PILLOW AND LET THEM HANG OVER. IS THERE A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. SHOULD I INCREASE MY CALCIUM AND POTASSIUM. I HAVE BEEN ON A DIET CHANGE TO HELP LOWER MY CHOLESTEROL AND DRINK SOYA MILK INSTEAD OF MY USUAL SKIM MILK.I ALSO USE EGG BEATERS AND SO ON MAYBE I NEED SOMETHING TO REPLACE WHAT I HAVE LOST.
