I have been experiancing almost uncontrollable mummbling of non-sensicle sentences for over a year. I do not experiance any body movements to my knowledge.
I say "almost" uncontrollable in that I seem to be able to not do it when in front of people .... but not always.
The words are jibberish but yet seem to have the same feeling of expression, as if only I know what it means. It happens frequently during the day .. but everyday.

The fact that you can control it leads me to think that it may not be Tourettes.
Tourette Syndrome is the uncontrollable urge to yell out no matter who is in the room or where you may be.
You have no control over it. As you know, symptoms can range from mild to severe, from the periodic "tic" to the girating body movements and yelling out loud.
These sufferers have been known to hurt themselves during an episode.
I suggest you consult your Dr. who could probably refer you to a specialist.
