Have you seen Ally Mc’beal? Her lawyer friend and his girlfriend both had tourette’s. They were making weird sounds and yelling weird things just like that, out of the blue but mostly when they would get upset. It is something they had no control of. If your co-worker has tourrettes, she can’t help it. Although it can be annoying, the constant yelling and weird behavour, I don’t think you would want to be fired or transferred because of your sickness that has no cure. It has no cure because it is not really know why it occurs. There are ways to manage tourettes but it can’t be treated and they will always have some problems. Make sure she has tourettes and that it is not just her personality. If it is tourettes, then it is you who should practice tolerance!!!!!!
