please i want answer while iam playing football i hit in my scrotum it was very painfull the pain was in my right testes and precipitatnig by erection.
gradually the pain subsides and now there is some pain but only when i touch it or wearing tight clothes and also with erection but the pain is slight and i feel as if the testes is tense and tender not like the other one which is soft
