Overview
(Summary Below For those short on time)
So about 4 days ago I felt, for the first time ever, a small hard lump on the top back of my left nut near the epididymis head (tubing to the testicle if i spelled that wrong). The lump is only a few mm, maybe about 3, and it is painless unless I touch it and move it around. Oh yea, I can move it around, but it's also attached to the testicle by I believe some tissue. I'm not definitely sure about this but it can only move down and sometimes sideways. I went to the doctor, but either he didn't feel it or passed it off as benign. Either way I just want to make sure it's not something malign. He ruled out cancer (if he was actually feeling it). Said it was epididymitis or something like that. I researched today and I think it just might be an appendix testes if that exist. If not the internet lies!
BACKGROUND INFO
I have had that before when I went to urgent care (epididymitis). The pediatrician gave me some anti-biotics for epididymitis and the pain went away. But it came back later about the same time when I found the lump. The doctor I visited for the lump situation said some kinda infection is possible, but i should be in the healing stage. He gave me a prescription, this time a different drug, and said get it only if i need it. Oh yes I forgot i don't wear underwear that supports my scrotum, just boxer. Idk, all i can think of right now
Now Info
The pain that came around he same time as the lump was bearable and is more bearable now, except for when i touch it to examine. Post self-examine the pain last for a long time only in the area where the lump is. Still it is minor.
Summary
-Small approx. 3mm lump
-moveable
-Painless unless fiddled with
-Near the epidiymis head( tubing) at the top back of LeftTesticle

Also on something totally unrelated sorta. After a long session or double session of masturbation my penis aches. Is that supposed to happen.
