Hello,
I am 27 and I had a situation yesterday which made me worried.

I feel pain in my left testicle,and the scrotum around it is black while around the right testicle is normal. Everything was fine until I removed my boxers yesterday and there the pain started.

here are some facts to consider:
1- I was with a lady all day and also yesterday, and was like all the time excited with small erection but no ejaculation and we didnt have any sexual contact as we were out.

2- My boxers were tight and squeezing my testicles, and after I played a football match, came back home, while taking off my clothes, my boxes, i felt the pain.

3- I thought the pain was a result of the excitation, so I masturbated. everything was norma but with continuous pain of the left testicle.

4- Today I realized the black color of the scrotum surrounding the whole left part, but normal color around the right.
