My husband started recently with TriCor (fenofibrate). He has elevated LDL-C, Total-C, and triglycerides…anyway I would like to know what possible side effects from TriCor are. I am worried that he is experiencing some. Thanks

Well some adverse events reported by subjects treated with TriCor in clinical trials include the following: respiratory symptoms, back pain, abdominal pain, headache…but I think there are more. If he has serious liver, kidney or gallbladder disease, he should not take TriCor.
