I have been having a contstant burning for the past 3-4 months on and off. They keep perscribing me different medications but just when I think they worked it happens again. The pain occurs when I urinate and when I do not. I hurts around my hips. I know I'm not pregnat b/c I am on the pill and my b/f always uses a condom. Doctors have said i'm not too.
When looked at my vagina I noticed that after I pee there is some stickey and clumpy mass that is almost milky white. It sticks togeher and doesnt come completely out. I can say that I've been noticeing that i've been having this the last month.
My doctor has told me to drink alot of water and I do. She also says to stay away from caffine and I have but the more water I drink the more I want to pee and the more painfull it gets.
I've been Cyprofallen and something with Nitro in it.
I was just at the doctors and they gave me Sulfameth/Trimethoprim. And it seems like it is making my symptoms worse. They took a urine sample and they said I have a blatter infection. This medicine is only good for one week and I am secudled to see my doctor on Thursday. I've been taking the medicine from three days now.
If anyone can help me out please comment. I'm in my third year of college and I need to be focusing on my school and my bf and not on how much pain I have to get through. Thank you in advance.

Hi Guest, I am guessing that's definitely waht you have is another bladder infection but it will help you to at leas ttalk to the doctor about it. If you have frequent bladder infections, it's a good idea to try drinking cranberry juice as there's an enzyme in it that prevents infections. It sounds strange, but it is true. I hope that this helps! How are you feeling today?

yes, you probably have another bladder infection. sometimes frequent UTIs (urinary tract infections) in women may be prevented by wiping your self front to back to avoid bringing all the germs to your urethra, making sure you urinate after intercourse and clean yourself with soup and water and always keep yourself hydrated very well with water.you may also ask your doctor to culture your vaginal to check for vaginitis or any other infections. if you have a UTI, and bactrim is not helpimg, it may be resistant to the kind of bacteria you have. ask your doc to do culture and sensitivity to detect susceptibilitywith a different antibiotic. Goodluck.
