twisted testical and dr competence /effectiveness

I don't trust the competence of drs. (Never met one who was competent.) Waste of time. I'm not just a woman looking to chat --I want measurable results.
so therefore, before I call ***EDITED BY MODERATOR******** and go through the effort of getting my hopes up (and spending the money), I want to ask...
-How can a dr tell I twisted my testicle?
-How can he tell which way it went around?
-How can he fix?
-How can I prevent this from happening again? (I am 40 years old and my testicles sag now, unfortunately. I will sit in the same chair at the same desk again.)

My symptons (other than knowing I did twist my left testical; possibly my right halfway too):
.very difficult bowel movement.
.slight consistent nausea.
.cold scrotum and penis. very cold and dead.
.pulled muscle sensation in groin.
.testical cording (at top) is swelled.

(Now you say "if you twisted your testical ("torsion"), you wouldn't just be able to write and focus and stuff." To which I respond, I am inherently a better man than anything your charts and graphs could ever comprehend, for genetic reasons; nothing you learn applies to me (apparently). This is why I think drs are incompetent.
I assure you I twisted my left testical around. Maybe one whole turn and the right one half.
If I knew which way I twisted it/them, I'd twist it back myself; I don't remember which way it (the left one) went around ('clock' or 'counter clock'). I need someone who knows how they (nutz) should be normally and then put it/ them back to 'normal'.
If I studied the penis and balls book for 8 years, I _guarantee I'd know whats up_ (which way it /they went around). Why don't you?

Well, it certainly sounds that you are very opinionated and have already decided that no one can help you.
I'd like to remind you that we are not doctors here, and without an examination, it's impossible to diagnois your situation.
But you apparantly already have.
If you don't like the doctor you are considering, choose another.
As for how they know what they know, try years of medical school and in the field experience. If you doubt your doctor has experience, ask him.
Or leave.
Your symptoms sound real. I'm sure you are concerned, and possibly in pain.
As we get older, it's not unusal for testicles to hang lower, or at different heights.
I can't comment on HOW this happened to you, but it appears you've concluded that you did this and want to know how to undo it.
I'd suggest you go to a urologist and let him take a look...an ultrasound... an examination. Maybe he'll be able to tell and show you how it happened, or how he knows which way they spun.
If you truly have those symptoms, I wouldn't wait to argue about our skill level. I'd go to the emergency room.

mine did once after I sat on a plane for 8 hours. After I got off I limped to the bathroom. Called my buddy who's a doctor. He told me to take a vicodin and to lift the ball sac with the cup of my hand, up and down and to gently massage even when it hurts, until the pain went away. after 10-15minutes the pain was gone, I shook my leg, jumped up and down. The pain was gone. I was lucky to have an hour layover, haha. I don't know what I would have done.

Figured i would find a good self help to deal with the slight pain till i go.
Mine are werid though....
I think i twisted both of them and a few minutes after i passed out/blacked out but before i blacked out i remember untwisting the left one where the pain was coming from. i woke up.. and no swelling no color changes no blood in my semen nothing... but Now my right one is starting to get a slight discomfort when i sit or when i'm trying to sleep other then that no pain what so ever....
So i'm really confused what the hell is wrong.

like ever sins i woke up today my nutss have been hurting and still are peaple say to masterbayet but it didnt work did it drop or did i twisded it its my left one my right one is fine im going to whayet till tommorew to see if it getss beader . if not then i may need to see i doctor im realy nervice no body knows anyting about it it kindoff tickles ore then pain its no swell no bruess no nothing just feal like there is pipes inside me and my stomic will heart so any one know what up with me?

I was working at my desk and when I leaned over, my left nut felt like someone kicked me. I went home still agonizing and took a bath. I noticed my left ball seemed to be hung up on something and was sideways. I tried twisting it back but no luck. I drive to er and they prep me for surgery and have me do the ultrasound. While I'm waiting I laid on my back knees up like I was giving birth. I held my nut and rolled it in any direction that didn't hurt. After I seemed to roll it right side up the pain subsided and the ultrasound cleared me. It was apparent I had twisted it somehow but I saved a surgery...

i need help! i am a teenage male and i had an un-descended testicle at birth caused by a hernia, and i had the hernia removed and the testicle descended while i was a baby. but for as long as i can remember my right testicle has always been nearly double the size of my left and feels firm and rubbery, while my left one is small, hard and what can only be described as being like a peach stone or hard raisin. it also seems to be twisted, but with no pain?, so that the tubes are facing forwards... i am really scared, 2 days ago i went to the hospital as i was extremely nervous and the doctor felt my testicle and said everything was fine, but i don't believe her... i want an ultrasound to be sure! so i am off to my normal doctor tomorrow for a second opinion. i am having a slight sickly feeling in my stomach when i lie down ( as if there is gas trapped in my intestines or something ) is this connected? or coincidence?. i am having discomfort in my testicles also, started with my right testicle aching a little and some slight pain, and now my small left testicle is being painful sometimes, is that due to my slight twisting? i have only just noticed it. im really nervous and i fear the worst! HELP
