Typhoid relapses

I got typhoid 5 and half months before. I was given amoxicillin but doctor forgot to mention the duration beyond 5 days. I got better after 5 days use of antibiotics but I felt confusion and the same typhoid symptoms at feebler levels. After a week or so I got typhoid again and the same doctor prescriped Ceftriaxone (injectable) to me for 5 days. I started to recover while taking rest. After 5 days doctor gave me Cefixime (brand name: Xival) for 10 days. I got complete recovery and took rest for 3 weeks.

I resumed my job afterwards but I started to suffer from back pain as my job involves sitting on the chair in front of the computer. I suffered from the back pain for 2 months. After that, I started to develop the symptoms of typhoid again and before I could hit me fully, I was prescribed antibiotics (Levofloxacin) again. I used them for 14 days with 1 gram per day for first 5 days. I recovered completely as I had no back pain and no fever.

It has been 3 days since I discontinued antibiotics and again I have started to get back pain the upper region (neck). I am also taking multivitamins now to fight the infections. I also take rest when I leave my office; I just go to bed after eating.

Am I still infected or is there any other problem.

Please help as I cannot bear my state anymore.
