So lately I have developed this sort of discomfort around my testies. It seems to go away very often but then returns. I could be worrying to much which could make me feel this discomfort. The only way I can explain this feeling is when a person starts to get butterflies( A nervous feeling) in there stomach but instead of the stomach it's in the testies. All men should get regular check ups, but if you feel a lump on the testies you should check with a doctor immediately. If there is a lump near the upper inside testie that at times is a normality.
